“This year's crop of Big Jim is excellent:) The flavor is great and as indicated, it is somewhat mild. I actually am more interested in flavor than heat level so this works out well. It is always my intention to support local business when possible, keep up the good work.”

“Chile was suppose to be for chile rellenos and the first bag I used had cut up chiles and the chiles are not good for chile rellenos. They are too skinny.”

“I've been ordering for about 5 years now. I love the product and all the friends I send your chilies to love them also. This year I paid the 2 day air to go to my sons address in Hope Mills NC 28348. I was told by your sales people that the shipment was trucked to the east coast distribution point. Why was I charged for 2 day air??????”
