“My neighbors love the way it smells when I was roasting my fresh chilli !!! And I did too it's a favorite. I can't wait to use it in my stew and on my grilled burgers. I'll be back later this year or next year depending on how much I gift to friends! Thank you !! for providing a out of state New Mexican to have a piece of my old home !!”

“While I'm not thrilled about the price ($12/lb before shipping), you can't argue the quality of the chiles. The size of the chiles and the amount of flesh left after roasting and peeling them is incredible. I've gotten so-called Hatch chiles from the supermarket and it's rare when you get a few that are even close to the size of these. I always find myself coming back to these if I'm craving some really good rellenos even if they are significantly more expensive. The fact that they'll roast, peel and package them for you is great as well. I got the raw chiles one year and did the roasting myself. It's a LOT of work.”

“THey are awsome had a green chile cheese burger the first night . I just order more today . I missed them when I had to move from Albuquerque and back here in Pa Can't get them and people don't know the taste . Love them Thank's”

“The delivery service was just great. The packaging is perfect. However, I was confused when I ordered the whole chiles about the seeds. I am very sensitive to them—even breathing them whilst wearing gloves and rinsing them down the sink makes me cough uncontrollably. So, I think that next time I will be buying them chopped. But, does this mean they too will have the seeds in them? This won't stop me from buying more—I would just like to be more informed.”
