“I have ordered both the chopped and whole. I was so excited to find someplace I could get chili’s. Here in Virginia at several farmers markets - nothing- when I asked they handed me bell peppers. I will order again and again from Hatch Chili Store. Everyone living away from “home” should.”

“I used to buy my chili at one of the grocery stores and have them roasted....What a mess to take home clean and sort into smaller quantity freezer bags. Then I bought from a local company that roasted and froze bagged in 2 pound bags, Another mess this time. I had to thaw an entire bag to again sort, clean and again sort into smaller quanta bags. With Chili from the Hatch Chili store I am in heaven. One pound bags of roasted and peeled whole chili. No mess to clean up, no longer covered in the roasted peels.”
