“Great size 8- 10 inches and nice round for easy stuffing with favorite meat and cheese. Roasted and peeled takes the hastle out of prep. Vacuum packed sealed bags with 6-8 chilies per bag make it easy to use the chilies you need for your recipe and the rest can stay sealed in there bags until you are ready to use. Reliable delivery.”

“Nice to have chilies that have already been roasted and skinned. Flavor was very good. Some of the chilies we have used had a little heat which added to overall enjoyment. Will purchase again.”
