“The small table top roaster works great. I roasted 25 lbs yesterday, I did about 5 lb batches roast them, steam them, clean them then onto the next batch. It was just me so it took close to 5 hours. Yes I like my 5’s Maybe Hatch will send me a jar of 555. Love that earthy smoked flavor”

“Ordered the roaster and 25 lb. Box of chili. Both arrived on time. Did four loads to roast the full box. In the freezer now for meals for the next year or so. It is amazing that the chilies were on the vine Wednesday, picked that day and shipped to Ohio. Received at door at noon. So from on the vine at Hatch, NM to roasted and in a freezer in Ohio in lest than 36 hours. Thanks.”

“The small table top roaster works great! Received the roaster in the afternoon along with my order of 25 lbs of green chile and finished roasting the next day. The roaster works better than the grill or broiler and is faster and does a better job. Then ordered 25 lbs of red. Thanks!”

“I ordered this roaster early this year in anticipation of roasting a whole box of fresh chiles when they became available in the fall. This is very well constructed, assembles quickly and will roast just about anything that you need to roast. Things like bell peppers, tomatoes, tomatillos, etc. Great product!”
