“I have ordered Hatch Green Chili Chicken Tamales for years as gifts and also for my self and my parents since we moved to Florida from Albuquerque. We have always enjoyed them but this time they are not the same. I’m not sure if Hatch changed the recipe or how they are made but they taste nothing like before. They are dry, tasteless and just plain bad. No matter how much we have tried to make them taste better with more Hatch chili, nothing helps. We will not be ordering them again. I will definitely not order them for gifts. The delivery process as well with Hatch has changed and the first order was completely ruined due to poor packaging and delivery. It made us sick having to throw them out as they arrived completely melted and foaming due to rot and not enough ice or proper packaging to reserve them. It just appears that Hatch products in general are not the same as they have been through the years and hopefully they are not allowing the great product they have offered for so many years to be ruined. We also ordered the red chili pork tamales and they were the same…tasteless.”
