“The first order arrived with a few spoiled chiles. Customer service immediately offered several solutions, one being a new shipment. I mentioned that was able to salvage half of the box, but they insisted on sending another full 5 lbs. They arrived on time and on perfect shape. This is a great company!”

“Hatch peppers are the best and the company has great customer service if the delivery company makes a mistake. I make several dishes with them when they arrive and then freeze bags with chopped peppers, sliced peppers and whole skinned/seeded peppers with stem for later use. Perfect.”

“I am not too crazy about tomatoes so the red hatch chilies give it the look of red tomatoes mixed with the green hatch chilies. The extra cost for earlier delivery made the red chilies received were more plump and fresher which made them roast better. Thank you. Maria Bryan”
