“(1) The lobster was NOT humanely dispatched, or there was no evidence of such. (2) The lobster was overcooked, resulting in very, very chewy meat. I will not be spending this much money again on such a poor quality product. The photo of the completed Lobster Thermidor was beautiful, but it was not a pleasant experience to eat.”
