“Dassai 39 (and 23) are some of my favorite sake. 39 is so smooth and fruity but well balanced between sweetness and dryness. It’s a very, very high quality sake that I tend to save for special occasions but if you have the means to try it more frequently, I highly recommend it. It will spoil you.”
