This is an elegant, beautifully layered sake with just that full-body mouth feel you want. It pairs so nicely with fish (sushi-style or not) and even on its own. ALWAYS happy to come back to this boy.

“A great sake. The sake when poured shows a very pale green tint. The nose brings out hints of honeydew melon. When tasted , this sake is very smooth with a tail that brings forth visions of papaya. This sake is a must for those who wish to experience a high level sake.”
