“This is my first time trying Dassai and I was delighted! Each sip was bursting with a light, fruity flavor. It tasted delicious drinking it cold and at room temperature. It was very, very smooth and if you aren’t careful, you might end up drinking the whole bottle without even realizing it! I have enjoyed it with sushi, a variety of fruits and cheese, miso, pizza, yakitori, and several other dishes. Regardless of the dish, it paired perfectly.”

Yes, Dassai is one of the most popular sake, and it has a lot of different taste of that. It is dry, but light sake, so it pair with everything.

“This a great sake. In the glass it shimmers with pale green/gold colors. The nose is rich with fruity scents, with melon the dominant scent. The taste of this sake is amazing. It is so smooth on the tongue you want to drink the entire bottle at one sitting. Apple and melon fill your mouth, followed by a smooth long lasting tail. This is a sake to be savoured.”
