“This sake is well loved by many so I was very excited to try, but for me the cedar/pine notes were a bit too strong and there is a surprising sweetness to this that I wasn't expecting. It grew on it as I drank it but unfortunately this one is just not a favorite of mine. Glad I tried it though, I'm sure the clean cedar notes are very enjoyable to some. :)”
