The bottle is awesome but the sake is a bit harsh and unrefined. Definitely drinkable with stronger flavored food but just a bit too crude for me.

I work in a high-volume whiskey/cocktail bar and I got this as a holiday gift for one of the bartenders. He enjoyed it enough to share with the rest of the staff after closing. I'll likely get a bottle for myself before long.

This brand is a favorite of mine - and also a favorite of many others, as it is frequently sold out at the nearest liquor stores. It's is an elegant sake, crystal clear, nicely dry, w/ a nose reminiscent of melon and a light cedar character. Highly recommend.

Excellent sake; a favorite of mine. Great with or without food; makes a terrific saketini, as well. Very happy to see it on your website, as our local liquor stores don't carry it and had to drive at least a half hour to purchase a couple of bottles.

Excellent taste. This was my first time trying sake and I feel like I picked a good one.

This sake is well loved by many so I was very excited to try, but for me the cedar/pine notes were a bit too strong and there is a surprising sweetness to this that I wasn't expecting. It grew on it as I drank it but unfortunately this one is just not a favorite of mine. Glad I tried it though, I'm sure the clean cedar notes are very enjoyable to some. :)

This is one of my favorite sakes. It has a crisp dry flavor that is quite refreshing with food; it's equally good by itself, before or after a meal. Mixed w/ vodka, it makes a great saketini cocktail.
