南部美人 Nanbu Bijin . Ahhhh she’s a “Southern Beauty” living in Iwate Prefecture in the northwest on the the main island of Honshu. Learn more about her in the documentary, “The Birth of Sake.” Serve slightly chilled or at room temperature. Like kissing the lips of an angel, you’ll wish time itself would stop. Linger here, my love. A true moment of bliss. Pleasant with good food, wonderful in your arms glass after glass. This Southern Beauty lovingly leads you down the path of sensuality. Enjoy her. Love her. Kanpai 乾杯

Nice and crisp, definitely more flavorful at room temperature.

Best of the 4 sakes I bought this time. This has great taste and balance of acidity and dryness.

We have enjoyed the sake box. It is a great way to try different types of sake. I really like the cards that come with each selection explaining each sake.

one of my favorites, I will probably purchase the full bottle. If you dont drink it too cold there is more flavor including a hint of licorice in the nose like ricarde or ouzo, but not the tast. Was very nice.

Delicious sake. It has a good mix of a creamy orange, honeydew, and sweet rice taste with a clean feel and medium body. It paired pretty well with the tonkatsu I had with it.
