“Technically, I’d give a 4.5 for this sake. The bright citrus notes are tempered with just a hint of spiced pear, and the mouthfeel is wonderfully rich. I wish I had waited for warmer weather to enjoy it with sugar snap peas on my back porch, but it was still very good with homemade wonton soup on this chilly February day.”
