Nanbu Bijin “Tokubetsu Junmai” Reviews

4.7 Rating 52 Reviews
Received this in the sake subscription box and tried it at all three serving temps (warm, room temp, and chilled). It was good at room temp and EXCELLENT chilled which really made the flavor smooth and made the citrus flavor pop. However, I was not a huge fan of it warmed. Would definitely buy this again.

I came into this expecting a creamsicle flavor. It's not like that completely but has a delightful flavor and color.

This sake had notes of fresh orange juice with a rustic grain background - dry and well-balanced! Loved it!

I have to say this sake was not quite what I expected, it has almost a bready, beer-like quality to me. To me it's a bit more flavorful than I was expecting, it's not bad, and probably goes very well with food.

Excellent dry and crisp sake - not too fruity or sweet
