Not my favorite nigori... it’s yummy and I’ll have it anytime! But it’s got a bit of the alcohol bite noticeable which I don’t appreciate as much in nigori, which I prefer sweet n smooth.

We are sorry to hear you did not enjoy this Tozai "Snow Maiden" Nigori. If you would like to explore more others, we would recommend Kurosawa Nigori, Sayuri Nigori, and maybe Dassai 45 Nigori.

Received this with the subscription box. Pretty good and worth trying, but definitely not my favorite nigori sake. I prefer a smooth flavor and I felt this had a little more of a sharp alcohol taste than I would have liked.

Thank you for your feedback, Heather! If you would like a smooth, light&sweet Nigori, we would recommend Shichi Hon Yari "Nigori" sake https://www.tippsysake.com/collections/light-sweet/products/shichi-hon-yari-nigori It is lighter taste and pair well with food. Please take a look if you are interested to find more!

I am not a huge fan of this sake, it has a weird heavy cream taste but smells like honey due melon which I like. I just didn’t like the taste but that could be that I had another Nigori right before I poured that one. Still love Nigori and want to take a class on sake.

Snow maiden was a very pleasant nigori. Dry and not too sweet.

Received in subscription box. Mild and slightly sweet. Delicious served chilly. A favorite from that box (set of 6).

Loved this sake, great rice forward flavor, while very delicate and light. Only serve cold (warm turned out not so good)
