The all-in-one T-3 Series Yoke is constructed for Strongman and endurance training while providing multi-functionality into one durable frame. Ideal for home gyms or garage gyms, the Yoke frame is a simple and effective design that can transform into a yoke carry, squat rack, push/pull sled, or fat-grip pull-up station. Built with a bolt-together frame featuring 2" x 3" 11-gauge square steel uprights, an adjustable crossbar, two bases with nylon skid feet and vertical fixed weight plate horns. Made to support a weight capacity of up to 750 LB, this Short Yoke allows for a versatile range of movements in squats, carries, and muscle overs, or convert the Yoke into a Squat Stand for bench or pressing movements. The Strongman Yoke is fully customizable for any workout meant to push yourself to the limit and challenge your strength.

“Solid build quality except it doesn't come with "nylon skid feet" as advertised so it snags carpet or scuffs rubber floors. Some other plastic pieces were broken and they sent replacements that were broken as well but those pieces don't affect the function. After weeks of emails back and forth, they said I could buy plastic skid feet. I asked them to send me what they use on their other sleds and I would figure out how to make it work but they said no and that I could just return it if it hadn't been used. They offered no help and suggested no way of fixing the problem. Absolute horrible customer service. Very dissappointed after buying other pieces of above average equipment from them.”

“In preparing for the 2023 Tactical Games National Championship I purchased the T-3 Short Yoke and used it to train for several months. It was very helpful in training in weighted stress carries, jump-overs and rapid sandbag throw-overs. The Tactical Games uses an equivalent to the T-3 Tall Yoke, but the Short Yoke is a lot easier to store in a garage when not in use. Great construction, the only concern is that the price was a bit high.”

“Box was messed up and missing pieces so I called the company andwithing a couple days they sent me a brand new box all pieces included. Used it a few times already. Great piece for the $$”

“Great yoke, good weight, does what we need it to do. However some pieces were broken upon arrival even though the box was in the great shape which caused a lot of difficulty with assembly, but we eventually made it work.”
