This serves as a power rack as well as a yoke and weight storage. Best investment ever!

Titan, if you're listening, I wish wish wish the sides of the uprights had last cut holes for added versatility... BUT, considering the only difference between Titan's Yoke and Rogue's Yoke is the price difference of about $245.05 once you factor in shipping fees from Rogue, you can't complain too much about this Yoke. An excellent product!

This yoke is pretty awesome! It's my power rack as well as a carry for me. It originally served as weight storage but I have since gotten a weight tree. I don't recommend it for weight storage just because of how difficult it is to squat in with 45 lb plates on the ground. What I would improve here: the support beams need markings to indicate hole distance. I will regularly put my j hooks into the wrong holes and have had to use tape or liquid pen to mark my most used holes.

This yoke is one of the most versatile pieces of equipment I have ever purchased. The unit easily breaks down for storage and doesn't take up much space. The welds are solid and the materials used are high grade. I have had over 600 lbs on this Yoke and it didn't budge. These units can obviously be used for heavy yoke carries, but after purchasing additional T-3 spotter arms, I was able to safely bench, squat and overhead press in this Yoke. If you have a small space or you are on a tight budget, this type of equipment would be ideal. Titan Fitness makes

For the price this is a great yoke and i've never regretted purchasing it. My only complaints are the end caps and the inserts inside the crossmember. they do no stay in.The inserts will pop out then it scratches the coating pretty badly which can be frustrating when you first buy it.

I just got this bad boy in last week and I love it! I was a little nervous because this was the first piece of equipment that I ordered with several parts for assembly, but everything came in AND the packaging wasn't terrible either which was a pleasant surprise. Additionally, after assembly, we immediately starting using it'”did some yoke carries, zercher carries, and we benched off of it'”it's solid. And for the price? You can't beat it. Also, I'm 6'0 and this yoke is perfect for me. I haven't squatted off of it, but I still have another power rack for that so it's not really a big concern for me. Definitely recommend!

The yoke itself is fantastic. No blemishes, good looking welds, and solid construction. My only issue was my own fault and not the yoke's. I originally purchased it with the intentions of using it as a squat stand/yoke. It's great for yoke work and bench press but the short yoke was way too short for me to squat out of unless I wanted to start in a half squat position. Once again this isn't the yoke's fault, I would just caution people over 6' to just get the taller version. I went with the short so I could still walk it out of the garage but ended up regretting it once i started using it for squats. Short is great if you're just looking for a yoke but the tall offers a lot more versatility at the cost of height clearance.
