The all-in-one T-3 Series Yoke is constructed for Strongman and endurance training while providing multi-functionality into one durable frame. Ideal for home gyms or garage gyms, the Yoke frame is a simple and effective design that can transform into a yoke carry, squat rack, push/pull sled, or fat-grip pull-up station. Built with a bolt-together frame featuring 2" x 3" 11-gauge square steel uprights, an adjustable crossbar, two bases with nylon skid feet and vertical fixed weight plate horns. Made to support a weight capacity of up to 750 LB, this Short Yoke allows for a versatile range of movements in squats, carries, and muscle overs, or convert the Yoke into a Squat Stand for bench or pressing movements. The Strongman Yoke is fully customizable for any workout meant to push yourself to the limit and challenge your strength.

“The paint on the yoke is chipped in multiple spots which makes it susceptible to faster damage. The cost of the equipment, i hoped that the coating was much stronger. We had to keep the yoke in our facility and not return it because it arrived so close to our opening day.”

“This bad boy is so versatile and fun to use. Carries, press, pull ups, muscle ups, push, sandbag throws! The empty weight is perfect for someone just starting out. Extremely solid construction. You can feel the durability when taking it out of the box, the parts are heavy. Waited over a year on it to go back in stock. Bought a tall one and it was too high to get out of the gym. Bought the small one as soon as the In Stock button appeared. If starting a home gym, this would be one of the 1st purchases.”

“Awesome product. I’ve ordered many things from Titan, all great affordability and high quality. This product was more of the same. It came with two missing pieces but Titan was quick to respond and send the missing components. Very happy with this purchase. Easy to break down and store in between workouts.”

“It’s great. Comfortable. Easy to use. Was a little difficult to assemble but that’s because I did it by myself. Been using it for all kinds of stuff. Even sled pushes. Very happy with my purchase.”
