The all-in-one T-3 Series Yoke is constructed for Strongman and endurance training while providing multi-functionality into one durable frame. Ideal for home gyms or garage gyms, the Yoke frame is a simple and effective design that can transform into a yoke carry, squat rack, push/pull sled, or fat-grip pull-up station. Built with a bolt-together frame featuring 2" x 3" 11-gauge square steel uprights, an adjustable crossbar, two bases with nylon skid feet and vertical fixed weight plate horns. Made to support a weight capacity of up to 750 LB, this Short Yoke allows for a versatile range of movements in squats, carries, and muscle overs, or convert the Yoke into a Squat Stand for bench or pressing movements. “The yoke itself is fantastic. No blemishes, good looking welds, and solid construction. My only issue was my own fault and not the yoke's. I originally purchased it with the intentions of using it as a squat stand/yoke. It's great for yoke work and bench press but the short yoke was way too short for me to squat out of unless I wanted to start in a half squat position. Once again this isn't the yoke's fault, I would just caution people over 6' to just get the taller version. I went with the short so I could still walk it out of the garage but ended up regretting it once i started using it for squats. Short is great if you're just looking for a yoke but the tall offers a lot more versatility at the cost of height clearance.”

“A very solid piece of equipment. The plastic bushings on the cross beam are a little finicky and have a tendency to pop off if you push the cross beam even slightly over the top hole, but they don't really affect function much in or out. I do wish the yoke were about 4 inches taller to provide for a little more clearance on squatting, but no complaints at all on the yoke-specific aspects. This works superb on carries and pushing/dragging. Really glad to add this into my training.”

“I got this primarily as a yoke, but I thought it might substitute as a second rack for lighter lifts. It is much sturdier than I thought it would be, and works great as a yoke and for atlas stones! In fact, it works so well as a rack I am considering selling my old full cage and just using this with the spotter arms. The height is perfect for me, but I am only 5'5" so I don't risk hitting my head on squats. The powder-coating is quite nice, and I think Titan has upped their game on that front since I bought a viking press a while back. It does fit all of my olympic plates, including my competition style plates (also Titan), which had originally been a concern for me. I am also excited that I get so many uses out of one piece of equipment that can be so easily broken down for moving when the need arises.”

“The only knock I have on this yoke with the shipping container was ripped up and there was some chipping of the powder coating. When it comes to function, this thing is solid and gets the job done. The shorty would be difficult to squat off of due to the height of the crossmember (I'm 6'0") but it work well for benching or lighter rack pulls if you had the spotter arms. Overall, great piece of equipment at a great price.”

“I really have found one difference in the Titan yoke compared to some of the other big name brands out there. I've only used it a few times but you can tell this thing is built to beat it up and it will last. Only difference is its a lot cheaper than other brands and Titan doesn't make a ton of money off of you in shipping!”
