“Quality construction, very nice looking bench. Assembly instructions are very poor and anyone not mechanically inclined would have a hard time putting the bench together and ultimately incorrectly. Not recommended for decline sit ups for a 5'-10" male. The height along with the seat size and foot hold do not work for sit ups.”
