I purchased the front squat harness as a training aid for use with clients and to use myself. One of my powerlifters (over 700lb DL and now chasing the 800) and I have used it as a supplementary exercise on deadlift day. It was easy to use and Zercher squats are a great warm-up for deadlift main effort day. Good stuff!

It's a great tool, but could use improvement. First off, it should have different sizes. As a manlet, I have to use wide stance or the bottom rails dig into my thighs. Second, there should be a way to fix the harness in place laterally. No matter how hard you tighten the bolt, there's still movement in it. This is a plus and minus, just wish there was the option to make it completely stable.

Not made for women: I now have a sizable and painful bruise with bloody scratches on my inner thigh from where the sharp metal bottom edge of the harness hits my leg in the bottom of my squat. I presume this doesn't happen for men/ taller people because the end of the harness is higher on their bodies. Frustrated, as this isn't the first time encountering lifting equipment clearly only designed with men in mind.

My front squat harness was missing the plastic rings that protect the weight bar, still waiting for replacements. The con of this harness is that it comes in only one size, for those who have a smaller torso the bottom digs into your legs when squatting

Perfect. Well made and comfortable to use. I've struggled with front squats due to wrist issues. This makes front squats happen! A great idea. 5 stars!

I wish the front squat harness wasn't so sharp on the outer corners at the bottom. I'm forced to do much more of a sumo squat so as to spread my knees and thighs in order to avoid gouging/ scratching the heck out of my inner thighs at the full depth of my squat.

While perusing the Titan offerings I came upon this front squat harness. After years of bench pressing getting my arms into the rack position for front squats was impossible. I received my harness and after a couple of sessions getting used to the feel am making solid gains. The harness is comfortable to use and adjustable as well. It has a solid feel to it and I feel like I will get years of use. Delivery was quick and ordering easy. All in all a great experience.
