“As someone fairly new to the trianing industry, I wasn’t quite sure what I'd get out of this program. After completing the extensive CPTM pre-course work, I worried I might have made a mistake. However, once I finished the practicum sessions and passed the exam, I realized this was one of the best decisions I could have made for my career. I now have the confidence and knowledge to excel in my role and make a meaningful impact in my company.”

“I have been in various capacities of L&D since 1998. Four years ago I joined my current employer, two years ago I attended TICE and last year, I took on a new role and added an employee. With our firm's anticipated growth, I wanted to be better prepared to contribute to the L&D planning and buildout and figured there was no better time pr place than Training Industry's CPTM Certification. From the start, the team was hands on and supportive and the content reaffirmed what "I thought" I knew and put it all together for me. I'm looking forward to immediate application of all I have learned and the collaboration of the CPTM Alumni resources.”

“The CPTM program gave me the tools and confidence needed to better perform in my position as a Training Manager. I found the pre-modules to be extremely valuable. Each module thoroughly explained each complex topic in detail while simultaneously providing insight as to how it’s relevant to the big picture. Based on the quality of information in the Modules, it was clear that Training Industry has done extensive research on L&D and Training Management. The Practicum was also an amazing experience. Our instructor’s top priority was to ensure that we were able to take everything we learned in the pre-modules and apply them to our current job roles. Additionally, the opportunity to collaborate with other training professionals fostered great networking relationships. For the Exam, I felt I was well prepared when I sat down to take the exam. All in all, I highly recommend this for anyone involved in training leadership.”
