“The content in the self-paced modules is fantastic, and I was able to start applying some of the concepts immediately. The practicum was invaluable--to be able to hear from an instructor who had both the knowledge and experience to solidify every concept. What surprised me most is how immediately it changed the way I interacted with the people I work with. The perspective the CPTM program gave me allowed me to improve the quality of conversations centered around training the week after I completed the program, and I am confident that it will continue to do so.”

“The Certified Professional in Talent Management (CPTM) course is an awesome program for those wishing to enhance their expertise in the area of talent management. The course is designed for professionals who want to develop and refine their skills. and learn of the methodology and business acumen behind managing an L&D Department. The course covers a wide range of topics, from talent acquisition to performance management, leadership development, and organizational culture. The instructors are highly knowledgeable and bring valuable insight to the practicum. The learning environment was engaging, thought-provoking, humorous at times, yet very professional. I thoroughly enjoyed engaging with other learning and development professionals and have gained some life-time networks. The instructors are highly knowledgeable and bring valuable industry experience to the table. They provide insightful perspectives, answer questions in-depth, and create an engaging learning environment. This makes the course not just informative, but also highly interactive and thought-provoking.”

“It was a great overview that covered all the bases of being a leader in the training function. It felt like just the right amount of work: not so much that it was overwhelming, but enough that it was a program of substance. I especially appreciated the pedagogy and engagement in the practicum. The cohort-style work that focused on integration and application was very helpful. There are many immediate ways I am able to apply the content and I'm looking forward to being more involved in the Training Industry.”

“I can't say enough good things about this program, and the entire experience. Going through the e-learning modules, and the practicum allowed me to underline and solidify the work I have been doing for several years now. Our instructor was very helpful and explained things in a way I could understand them. If you manage training, or are going to manage training, plan on attending!”

“As a new Training Manager, I found it very instructive to understand how a training organization should be managed. And what parts need to be included and are important to succeed, I learned that during the training! And the facilitator in the practicum was excellent.”
