“I have been in the training industry for 23 years and thought I knew so much until I started to apply for new jobs and got rejection email after rejection email. After doing extensive research I decided to ultimately take the CPTM course with Training Industry and wow, I am so glad that I did. Turns out, I did not know nearly as much as I thought I did, even after all these years. I am forever thankful for this course and opportunity. I learned so much and gain some great friends along the way. I would highly recommend this course to anyone no matter how long you have been in the industry. Great course, Dr. Walker was an amazing professor!!! Thank you, thank you!”

“This CPTM course is well organized, designed with the training professional in mind. The practicum allows for the training professional looking to get certified to learn the concepts needed to elevate his/her approach in designing and strategizing a learning plan, which ultimately will offer you a "seat at the table" and provide opportunities for executives to see training as an indispensable necessity. Although the case study at the end is geared toward a large training entity organization, which is not always as practical for most looking to get certified, it does offer insight on how to manage real world problems within a Training Manager's set of responsibilities. I would recommend to all L&D professionals!”

“I highly recommend this training course for all training managers and aspiring training managers. The contents of the course are structured in a way that is engaging and easy to follow, and the practicum allows learners to apply what they have learnt as well as bouncing ideas/experiences off other learners. Not only is the CPTM course already a great investment, but once you become a CPTM, you also get access to the CPTM community which offers tons of free tools and content. 10/10 Highly recommended!!!”

“This was a very interactive and educational certification process.
