“I was excited to try this course but also extremely anxious leading up to the practicum. It's a lot of material, that was incredibly informative, but worrisome in regards to how it all would apply. In the end, my fears were all lifted. I had an amazing time with the course and really enjoyed getting to meet other professionals and bounce ideas and thoughts off of them. The Executive speaker was also a great thrill. Thank you for this and I'll be seeing you all next year for TICE!”

“I wanted to advance my career and validate my experience and know-how. I had been in the Training industry for over 20 years when I signed up and was absolutely floored by how much I was learning. So many of my experiences had no name before I took the CPTM and now they do. The Online coursework was difficult but not overly so, and the Live Practicum solidified it all into real-world exercises. I could not find a better use of my time than this program, period.”

I came in with a certain level of knowledge (20+ years of experience in L&D, Course Developer, Multi Media Training Development), but that did not limit my ability to learn more in this program. “This course in superior in every way! The modules are very easy to follow, the portal has a great set up very easy to navigate and the best is the practicum! I went through another course certification but never really understood how to apply the theory's. This course does that! The classroom instructor was so patient. The class was fun, and you get to meet others like you so the discussion help too! I can't say enough good things about this course! Worth the investment in yourself!”

“So much useful information delivered in such a great way! I liked the pre-work modules - being able to go at my own pace and use the quizzes as a self-assessment of each topic was wonderful. Really enjoyed the virtual class week with Dan Menden and finally getting to use the tools and knowledge in a practical setting. But the biggest take-away for me was that it changed the way I view my role. We are performance improvement managers and solution architects! Deeply appreciative for the whole experience!”
