“Ordered these by mistake. Had to open one of the brush heads up before I could see the attaching socket & hence was unable to return for a replacement. I was given a discount when I reordered the correct heads but I’m now left with a box of heads that I can’t use. It would have been helpful if there was a picture of the attaching socket on the box as then it wouldn’t have been necessary to open one of the brush heads up & I assume I could have returned an unopened box.”
