“I’m sure the heads themselves are a decent quality, but I bought the wrong ones. There are no identifying marks on the toothbrush and I wrongly assumed that the heads would be standard. Yes, I could have gone back to the original order and checked, but is it really that hard to identify a product so that such mistakes aren’t made?
That aside, the heads are incredibly expensive – as are all Spotlight products. £20 for three heads make them, I think, the most expensive on the market. I’ve gone back to oral BE.”
