“Just received my Flosser, it had originally been delivered to the wrong address. When I emailed Spotlight, they couldn’t have been more helpful. They sent me another one, no questions, straight away, assuring me they would make sure the carrier sent to the correct address.
My neighbour and friend has one of these, she loves it and recommended it to me. So looking forward to using it. I bought it so I can take it away with me on holiday and when away with work etc, as the big flosser unit is too big really to take with you. Thanks Spotlight, a very refreshing service! :)”

“I've was intending to move from my plugged water flosser to this hand held mobile brand. The blast of the power is not very strong and keeps leaking. Rather disappointed with my purchase to be honest as I bought mainly from the reviews.
Maybe the one I received comes from a bad batch.
Sorry, I was hoping to give it a better review- I've used it over a week hoping it was my technique -unfortunately for me -the leaking is just way too much.”
“This is my third water flosser and while I have only had it a short while I would not rate it compared to my two previous Phillips ones.
In particular I miss the effective power of the discharge. This flosser seems messy and lacking in directional power. I will stick with it for a while but can see me changing.”
