“Nice touch being able to sterilise before use and flosser seems quite efficient. Have had quite a few and even on the lowest setting did find it a bit fierce. Was not very impressed with the water container, seemed like cheap plastic and not easy to screw on - rather expensive for what it is.”

“This is my second water flosser as sadly my first one broke after 4 months. The issue was that the head just kept being blasted off as soon as you switched it on. I called Customer Service and fortunately they sent me a new one straight away. (They did not seem particularly interested in what the problem was with my first one, so am not sure if this is an issue they have encountered before.)
I found I really missed using the water flosser as I do find it leaves your mouth feeling very clean.
As I mentioned in my first review, I do find there are a few design glitches in the product in that it is all too easy to switch it on / off by mistake, just when holding it, adjusting your grip, or when drying it down after use. Another water flosser I have tried had much better on and off switches, rather than these touch ones, which although are aesthetically pleasing, are to easy to operate by mistake.
Having said that I do very much like using this water flosser and very much hope this replacement one will last a bit longer than 4 months.
I would also second the many comments that I wish it was possible to buy the replacement standard heads on their own, rather than having to buy the full set, 3 of which I never use.”

“It was very disappointing to find that the flosser could not be used straight away because a USB charger was needed for the initial charge. This could have been mentioned on the website to alert purchasers to that necessity. Other than that, I am very happy with the water flosser.”

“I love it, my teeth feel cleaner than ever. It’s difficult to use at first. My bathroom got pretty soaked. But once you get the hang of it it’s great. The instructions about aiming between teeth for 3 seconds etc are a little misleading. As you can’t visible look at what you’re doing due to the splashing if your mouth is open it’s more of a back and forth slowly guessing game, and the heads aren’t angled appropriately for doing the backs of your teeth as suggested. But with all that taken into account I’d still say get one! Your teeth and gums will thank you once you get used to it.”
