Have been using for 5 weeks. Far superior, in all respects, to my previous Philips flosser which ceased to work! I particularly like Spotlight's large water container & sterilisation feature. Also, it reaches around and cleans my five implants perfectly. I have used it both before and after cleaning with an electric tooth brush and in both cases the flosser removes debris. I use it twice a day and wouldn't be without it.”

“The water flosser is amazing! It really cleans effectively! My teeth feel great after using! Also I would like to thank the team for replacing my flosser as there was an issue but it was a very unusual fault! They helped with fixing it by giving written instructions first by myself but unfortunately that didn’t work! So they kindly sent out a new flosser for free which is excellent customer service! I would definitely recommend!”

“This is now my 3rd water flosser this year...
They have each lasted approx 4 months and then I get the exact same issue - the tip flies off as soon as you switch it on.
I have used the water flosser exactly according to the instructions but am now rather wary, thinking how long will this third one last before the tip shoots off with the water pressure.
It is such a shame as I really rate this water flosser, it is the best one I've tried, and I do think it contributes greatly to good oral hygiene.
I will say that customer service has sent a replacement each time without question.
I do not know whether this is a common problem and even though I have asked them, they have not responded.
Fingers crossed I will be third time lucky and this latest replacement will last a bit longer than 4 months.”
