“The Brimar CV4003/12AU7 in the preamp of my PrimaLuna EVO 300 integrated amplifier's preamp first position widens the stereo field over the stock PrimLuna 12AU7 preamp tubes included. I paired the Brimars with a pair of GE Military Stock 12AU7/6189Ws for the second position. Not that the stock PrimaLuna 12AU7s are lacking, mind you. I spent the previous day listening to the stock PrimaLuna 12AU7s for about 4 hours plus with plenty of joy. However, if you want something "extra," I highly recommend the Brimar CV4003/12AU7s.
