“in short, Upscale did all that they could to locate and fix the problem. The repair department communicated well via emails and phone calls. It does feel like the amp let me down, hence the missing star.”

“Though this unit is out of production, it produces a nice clear almost neutral sound. It powers all of my Hifiman headphones with ease, and is used primarily for that. It can power speakers, however I found the power anemic to my needs. This is an all-round good headphone preamp/amp.”
