My EVO 100 v2 was repaired in excellent fashion. The communication during the process was prompt and thourough. Though the shipping manager was confused as to what he was to send back to me. He send me a new spare part not the EVO 100. When I brought this to the repair team's attention my EVO 100 was shipped two-day ground and I have been enjoying it ever since. Wonderful repair work!

Excellent customer service: Upscale Audio was quick to provide a warranty replacement of a Rega drive belt that was not performing within spec.

I required a part for the record spinning gear assy of a barely used Kirmuss lid that failed early (roughly 65 ish lps cleaned). Parts just aren't made available by Kirmuss and the only one avail. in North America was from a used donor unit that Sean-Paul was able to send & was greatly appreciated.

My issue is a bit of a mixed bag type of experience. The downside being that after getting the EVO 100 it worked only one time (day) before an issue surfaced. As a matter of paranoia, I went through a litany of triage tests to make sure that I didn't do something silly before I reached out. As it turned out, it wasn't me. I shipped the amp and the feedback was that there was a defective part(s). All has gone well since the part(s) was replaced. That said, i wouldn't have expected the product to have an issue after 1 time (and I'm sadly not making it worked one day part up). Yet, I am a realist - things break. In light of the uniqueness of the situation (only 1 use before the issue), I asked about the possibility of a reimbursement for the shipping ($150 approx) - even in kind. I fully understand that it is my responsiblity for shipping however at the same time i wouldn't expect the amp to encounter an issue after 1 day. Ultimately, the parent company Prima Luna (not upscale audio) should be responsible. Regardless, the ask was not well received or from my perception really contemplated. Hence the mixed bag view from my perspective. As for the EVO-100, I'm very happy with it. Getting there was a bit of a ride but again very happy. So the repaired component gets 5 stars - especially when listening to Miles Davis or Pink Floyd on vinyl. More than happy to give additional color to the Prima Luna team.
