“Coverage is not so great I have to use WiFi in order to use my phone most of the time. I was on the unlimited plan since I became a customer but when i first started I only paid $25 per line, my debit card was hacked and I had to get a new one so when I changed my info for payment my plan got changed and now I have to pay $40 dollars a line. even though I was grandfathered in.”

“I give the plan a 4 star because there a still some areas where I live that the signal drops. Additionally, there has not been a mobile watch plan yet and the competition already has a watch plan.”
