“Always had service and good speed even though I'm on 4G. The only thing I would work on is on offering new phones with installments as other carriers do. It's difficult to upgrade to a better phone.”

“Everything works but the texting SMS and MMS are terrible. Sometimes I have to toggle airplane mode on and back off in order for messages to send or receive. I have already made the APN changes, reset network settings, and restarted my phone several times.”
