“I’ve looked into other cell providers but it would of cost more money for less data and less hot spot so I’m pretty happy with the unlimited plan”

“Unlimited premium is a very good plan. Data works very well. The main drawback is hotspot is limited to 50 gb. I would like more. Also, there is no way to monitor hotspot usage except to contact customer service. A plus is US Mobile has excellent customer service.”

“I love that I don't have to watch my data usage as we travel. So far, coverage has been excellent. The only problem is the out-of-country SIM. I get texts from the bank, etc, but when we travel, we have to change our SIM. That change interferes with text reception from our bank and insurance company and our accounts get locked up for fraud alerts. It's a hassle to deal with that every time we come home. That was an advantage with Verizon - out-of-country travel was seamless. In addition, out-of-country data use with US Mobile does not always work. I assume it will become more sealess as you get more customers, but for now, it's tempting to go back to Verizon for seamless phone service.”

“US Mobile is by far the best mobile carrier I've ever used! Prices are amazing and the reception is great,which is hard to find where I live in rural Arkansas. I highly recommend US Mobile!”
