“It used to be great service, the data was fast and I had no problems. Then the service was no good. Even at the renewing of the monthly plan I have a hard time loading anything. It’s like they travel back my data speeds not giving me what I am paying for. Their customer support is in another continent that don’t understand English well enough to properly help the people literally paying their bills. I had to turn to Apple to fix a problem I had with service completely cutting out. I’m going to start looking into other services providers if my service doesn’t go back to what it was when I first signed up.”

“Your prices are good but unfortunately your speeds do not match your advertising. I have spent countless hours chatting with customer service, they make some changes and it runs great for a while. Should not have to do this so often. And now my phone won't accept text images. That means another hour or more of chatting to get it fixed (again). Last year I spent 5 hours straight trying to get this issue fixed on my last phone. Bought a new phone 6 months ago and all worked well until last week. I dread having to spend more time getting it fixed. I can't call because you service people do not speak good English so it's back to chat again.”

“I love the speeds I get it’s absolutely amazing on my iPhone 14 pro max, unfortunately I can’t say the same for iPhone 11. I have a family plan with the exact same plan, only that the iPhone 11 has worse network performance than the iPhone 14, so it’s good to keep in mind that in order to get the best speed anywhere to stay up to date on the phone upgrades. The 4 star review was because it still needs some work to do in order to make phones work better while traveling. Calling or texting won’t work unless the person you are calling or texting has iMessage/FaceTime or a service that uses WiFi to message/call. I’d also be nice to call internationally, but it’s still a work and progress, nonetheless it’s a really good plan I figure it may be the best if they offer a plan where you can carry both SIM card options because in some areas the better service is the opposite one of that makes sence.”
