“Provides enough data, as long as I am careful to set and use data warnings and data limits, because some apps that use video default every video to the highest possible data rate--not just one app, but FOUR that I use, and even YouTube likes to hide how to configure its default settings! Setting limits on my phone is incredibly important to making even THIRTY GIGABYTES of data last a month! I'd also like to express my thanks for US Mobile's Support staff, they have been excellent many times over the years!”

“I no longer have to manage the question - "did I go over my plan amount?" - this plan is perfect for me. US Mobile was my answer to wanting a high value product for a very reasonable price. Customer service has always been THE BEST! I've always had my questions answered or even suggestions for what I was trying accomplish but never knew what to ask - the product just works and I'm thrilled. Thank you, everyone at US Mobile!!”

“We've had very few issues with our Unlimited Basic Plan. In fact, we've had less issues with US Mobile than with the bigger carriers we've used. The only issues we've had was when I had to switch my credit card, for some reason they kicked it out and charged us for a new plan, not the old plan we were grandfathered in under. They did resolve that very quickly. The other issue is throttling data even though we don't have 5G down in our rural area. I know the Basic Plan only has 40GB of 5G data, but we don't have 5G in our rural area, so I'm not sure why it gets throttled sometimes. Overall, we are very happy with our plan. I've recommended it to several people.”
