“I have had service w/ US Mobile for approximately 2 years. With the exception of two instances, I can honestly say US Mobile has been forthcoming, helpful & professional. Us Mobile accommodated my fluctuation needs w/ great proficiency.”

“I honestly have no complaints. The customer service is top-rate, and I wanted to mention that first to emphasize it. The app is massively more functional than it ever was and is better than almost any service app I can think of. Prices are spot on. Device selection is something g I never really cared about, so there's nothing I can say about that. If I had a couple wishlist items: 1: Esim on Microsoft Surface Devices. I may be the only Surface Duo user on your network, but they are very forward and upfront about working with partners and other companies. It would probably take about 5 minutes of email exchange to get their esim list. That's not a real number, but I'm sure it wouldn't take much. 2: It would be nice if going over the data allotment didn't for high speed didn't drop you to less than 1mb/sec speeds. I understand this is for the most part out of your control, and appreciate not losing 100% of service, but it isn't exactly unlimited if it's unusable to that extent for large periods of the day. 3: An indirect issue. Those recruiting commercials that looked like they were trying to attract the "wine bar and nap room in the office" group were very troubling. The entire world cant fire those people fast enough because they tank industry and cause a Tallent purge. I'm hoping they are just an attempt to skim some Tallent out of these mass layoffs, but those people are getting laid off for a reason. Please be careful and don't ruin the good thing you have going.”
