“The coverage is great in NJ, NY, CA (bay area) and Maui (except on the road to Hana). I never had any issues with data or calls. I did abruptly stop receiving text messages during the first couple of months, but it was quickly resolved by support chat within 5 minutes. Their chat support is really good. Never waited more than a minute. Overall I am happy with their service. The only limitation I noticed is that it has a small voicemail box. It gets full pretty soon. I have to regularly delete the voicemail to be able to receive new ones. It is smaller than my previous carriers with T-mobile, Simple mobile & Verizon. I hope US mobile increases the size of the voicemail box. Also, it would be nice to get more than 5Gb hotspot given it is standard now with other competitors.”

“I believe y’all are throttling my data when I use “too much” or close to the plan renewal date. Often it just straight up won’t work. At this price I’m considering moving to a larger carrier in the Fall when the iphone comes out. peace!”
