“The coverage is great in NJ, NY, CA (bay area) and Maui (except on the road to Hana). I never had any issues with data or calls. I did abruptly stop receiving text messages during the first couple of months, but it was quickly resolved by support chat within 5 minutes. Their chat support is really good. Never waited more than a minute. Overall I am happy with their service. The only limitation I noticed is that it has a small voicemail box. It gets full pretty soon. I have to regularly delete the voicemail to be able to receive new ones. It is smaller than my previous carriers with T-mobile, Simple mobile & Verizon. I hope US mobile increases the size of the voicemail box. Also, it would be nice to get more than 5Gb hotspot given it is standard now with other competitors.”
