“I switched to U.S. Mobile (USM) when my previous carrier charges became a burden. Customer Service at USM has been good. There are a few missing features from my previous carrier but I have learned to live with them and things are basically fine. I am no longer as heavy a user as I was in previous years so these issues don't impact me as much. The old adage of "you get what you pay for" is still true. I am still convinced that USM is a good value. Don't expect perfection and you will do well with USM.”
