“I’ve had a good experience with US Mobile. They started me off with a free month of their unlimited plan (even though the deal was expired). I’ve had a quick and positive experience every time I’ve called customer service. And I tend to get the same or better reception than other providers.”

“The service is good, and I rarely have issues. When I do have an issue, that is where this company really shines. They have THE BEST customer service I've ever encountered since purchasing my first mobile phone. I will stick with them as long as they maintain their excellent level of service!”
