“It's been pretty reliable for the most part. Customer service is great. Notice sometimes I'm not getting as fast as speeds as I feel like I should but no way I'd go back to Verizon.”

“Life is so much easier with US Mobile. I've been with AT&T who said a bundle would be $85/mo. The bill then came to under $1700. A scam. Cricket had teenagers working and caught them doing "stuff" in the back. TMobiles customer service called me at 1:30 AM, "accidently" turned off my phone two times and gave me days of run around. Nothing like that with US Mobile. Monthly charge are good, customer service doesn't bother me with unnecessary phone calls, texts, and emails. Life is good. Don't change a thing US Mobile!”
