“There are 2 things you can do to improve your Starter Kit: 1) It came with 2 Sim Cards, a white & a black. I inserted the white card, then found out later that it is the black card that I was to use for the 100 Day Free Trial: It would be nice if that was clearly stated; it was not. Also Clear instructions on how to insert the sim card...I'm a senior with no experience with sim cards before & I unknowingly inserted the card upside down, which drove your Tech Support people nuts, cause they could not figure out why I had no network connecivity after all their timespent troubleshooting. They refered it to a senior tech who got back to me some Hours later thru email suggesting certain steps to take. Somehow, in the meantime however, it dawned on me that maybe the card I inserted was inserted upside down. So I reinserted the card & I finally had connectivity some hours later...Long story short, instructions on how to insert the card would be very helpful for those of us not so Tech Savy & it would save Everybody lots of time.”

“I suppose an ad copywriter would say "US Mobile Starter Kit -- Your Passport to Savings!". Yes, the starter kit looks like a real passport. It is a clever way to deliver your SIM cards. And the SIM cards are where the magic and mojo reside. I passed a starter kit along to a grateful friend; they remain a US Mobile customer to this day. Oh, and they remain my appreciative friend too.”
