The starter kit is sufficient. But the customer service from representative Samantha was EXCELLENT.

the service is only good in about 1 square mile. you only get poor quality service, and the signal strength is bad, very bad.

Irqa and this lady (the 2nd time) did excellent work in getting me through the process of porting an old existing number. Most polite and BETTER HUMAN-TO-HUMAN CUSTOMER SERVICE THAN MY FLAGSHIP VERIZON SERVICE. Looking forward to moving all of my business to U.S. Mobile ... IF you keep up the excellent Customer service

Not sure what they're talking about with a Starter kit. I called up US Mobile and they sent me a SIM. I inserted it and called them back. They set me up with a new phone number and set up service. Initially it was on the T-Mobile backbone, but that was terrible (at least with US Mobile), so I switched to their offering of the Verizon backbone. That actually was ok for about a year. But quality of 'talking' has become awful. I can no longer call anywhere unless I am on wifi. I can text and use data, but no longer can call using US Mobile. I'm going to give them up in a month or two. I don't recommend US Mobile

50+ YEARS OF LIFE and by far I can't remember a greater service experience online. Give Wajiha a raise!!!
