“Don't remember exactly what "Starter Kit" contained. IMPORTANT COMMENT, HOWEVER: USM execs should re-consider their marketing efforts. As a long-term stockholder of USM, I'm extremely disappointed in the performance of USM shares on the NY Stock Exchange. Current and recent prices of USM shares are way below what I paid for them. USM is being 'eaten alive' by its competitors.”

“The kit is simple to set up. The customer service representative Taha has been helping me the entire night to set up the 3 kits I have. Due to my Samsung phone issue, we were spending a long time to debug the wifi-calling feature and eventually figured out on the iPhone. This is gotta be the best customer service I have ever got with any mobile carrier. Just an amazing experience.”

“Salman was wonderful, he was one of the only ones that I could understand-he speaks very clear English and this is very very important! He is patient, professionel and stayed on the line with me through all my questions and we successfully activated my new phone. Keep him and give him a raise because many of the others you just can't understand even if you speak another language.”
