“After realizing that I had no mobile phone service and was unable to input the verification code my stress level increased until I was connected with Salmon who clearly understood my situation. He identified the problem immediately and then proceeded to restore phone service which we are so grateful for. Salmon also made me aware of more appropriate plans for us with significant improvements at less cost. What turned out to be a moment of crisis, with Salmon's help, turned out to be a Blessing from Above. God is Good.”

“Forget the starter kit review. What is more important is network reliability and customer support. I have had numerous network outages and most customer service reps don't speak understandable English and are not very helpful in resolving issues. I was fortunate to get Syed Mughees on one occasion and he is topnotch. His English is excellent and he is very knowledgeable about the network and phones. He is also very professional and personable. Now if I have any problems I always ask for him so I can get my problems resolved quickly and correctly and not get aggravated by other reps that I can't understand and they don't really know what they are doing.
