“The starter kit was easy to use, and the dashboard is pretty self-explanatory. The service has been consistent. I have it set to auto-pay and I haven't had any issues with that either. It took some trial and error to add services over time. But I was able to use the a la carte plan to have my tween's phone to have only calling at first, and then add texting later but no mobile data, and then finally all three.”

“Very easy to obtain and set up. My only complaint is that the SIM card has come apart and is difficult to install. I go back and forth between my US Mobile SIM and my French SIM several times a year. Not sure what the difference is between the two SIMs included in my starter kit.”
