“I really appreciate US Mobile's pricing -- a very affordable plan for 2 lines with moderate data usage. Customer service is good, you can reach someone pretty quickly. I have some glitches with my service -- sometimes my phone loses service for no reason that I can see, and I have to shut it down and restart, in order to reconnect. But this is so much better than Verizon.”

“Your voice mail procedure is too hard to use. Besides I can hardly hear the voice mail. Learn to do what other providers do, such as T-mobile. Accessing its voice mail is user-friendly.”
